Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program – Taught by our certified Arthritis Foundation instructors, this emphasizes controlled, gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and balance while decreasing pain. Helpful for those who are looking for a therapeutic effect of a warm water workout.
Aqua PiYo – A warm water therapy workout that combines the practice of Pilates and Yoga and adapts them to the water. A great way to unite strength, flexibility and relaxation into a water class.
Triathlon Swim – This is a class developed to assist those interested in utilizing swimming as a form of endurance exercise. You can take this class by itself, or add it to the progression of the Triathlon Cycle and Triathlon Run classes for the effect of completing a triathlon!
Our aquatic area is comprised of three separate bodies of water, each with a different purpose. There's no better way to rehabilitate ailing joints than impact-free aquatics. Our Warm Water Therapy Pool is an ideal compliment to many physical therapy programs and special blocks of time are reserved for its use by patients and their therapist.
If you're an active swimmer or a serious athlete in training, you can log your laps in our four-lane, 75-foot lap pool. One lane is always open for dedicated lap swimming or water walking
Our Jacuzzi is great to relax in before or after a strenuous workout or after a hard day at work. Relax your muscles and joints in the warmth of our 102-105 degree water.

When lightning is seen or thunder is heard, the pool will be closed for 30 minutes after the lightning flash or the sound of thunder.
