Group Fitness
Muscle & Music – Defy and define! Build and strengthen! Transform your body using weights, bands, balls and your own body weight. You will be amazed at the results! 
Boot Camp – This high intensity class will use various forms of exercise methods to improve strength, endurance, speed, agility, etc. Variations of exercise are the dynamics of the class.
Cycle – Experience the challenge of an indoor road trip with the potential to burn more than 450 calories in a 45-minute workout.
Beginner Cycle – An introduction to cycle that lasts 30 minutes.
Cycle Camp – A cycle class plus so much more! Try a mix of cycle and boot camp.
Triathlon Swim – This is a class developed to assist those interested in utilizing swimming as a form of endurance exercise. You can take it by itself, gradually add, or add it with Triathlon Swim and Triathlon Cycle for the full effects of a triathlon!
Triathlon Cycle – A cycle class designed as a road ride to allow the feel of a triathlon. You can take it by itself, gradually add, or add it with Triathlon Swim and Triathlon Run for the full effects of a triathlon!
Triathlon Run – A class designed to give you the feel of a triathlon run. Classes will be held indoors and outdoors depending on the instructor’s discretion. You can take it by itself, gradually add, or add it with Triathlon Swim and Triathlon Cycle for the full effects of a triathlon!
Joyful Joints – Stay young at heart with a workout just for senior adults. This challenging yet fun class involves standing and seated movements using strength, flexibility and endurance exercises.
Pilates – A traditional blend of Pilates exercises designed to increase muscular endurance with a focus on training core muscles.
Step – A low impact step aerobics class with easy to follow moves that will work up a sweat in no time.
Cardio Blast – This is a cardio class that combines the “old school aerobi cs” with the fun of “new style aerobics” and ends with a well rounded blast of a workout.
Cardio & Muscle – A class that gives the participant a taste of Cardio Blast and Muscle & Music to leave him/her with a complete total body workout.
Yoga – In the midst of your hectic life, find peace and calm during this escape. Enhance your flexibility, strength, balance and state of mind, as you feel your body and mind getting stronger.
Zumba – This exciting workout combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries.
Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi – Trained through the Arthritis Foundation our instructors lead this class through a series of soft flowing movements that help build connective tissue, improve circulation, balance and posture.
