Muscle & Music – Defy and define! Build and strengthen! Transform your body using weights, bands, balls and your own body weight. You will be amazed at the results!

Boot Camp – This high intensity class will use various forms of exercise methods to improve strength, endurance, speed, agility, etc. Variations of exercise are the dynamics of the class.

Cycling – Experience the challenge of an indoor road trip with the potential to burn more than 450 calories in a 45-minute workout.

Beginner Cycle – breaks you in gently to a ride for 30 minutes.

Cycle + Abs – This gives you a 45 minute cardio bike ride with an additional 15 minutes devoted to abdominal exercises.

Joyful Joints – Stay young at heart with a workout just for senior adults. This challenging yet fun class involves standing and seated movements using strength, flexibility and endurance exercises.

Pilates – This class helps to improve posture, strengthen the core, and condition the entire body using only your own body weight for resistance.

PiYo – An athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants.

Step – Low impact step aerobics with easy to follow moves that will work up a sweat in no time.

Turbo Kick – This class offers the ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and Tai-Chi like cool-down.

Yoga – In the midst of your hectic life, find peace and calm during this escape. Enhance your flexibility, strength, balance and state of mind, as you feel your body and mind getting stronger.

Beginner Yoga – This is a basic level one version of Yoga class.

Flow Yoga – This class brings in the practice of Vinyasa yoga where the yoga poses flow from one pose in to the next with smooth transitions.

Power Yoga – is a flow/Vinyasa yoga class with a little more intensity to build strength and endurance.

Zumba – This exciting workout combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries.

Sampler – This class is perfect for beginners. It’s designed to give the participant a little taste of all the classes offered without tiring them out.
